I've got the world on a string
sitting on a rainbow
got the string around my finger

I can make the rain go

Some years ago someone very special to me was going on a journey to a far off land and I was very worried about him going. I live right across the Hudson River in New Jersey close to the George Washington bridge connecting to New York City.

It had rained the entire day but about 5:00P.M. just when his plane was due to take off I went to the window and the rain had finally stopped and the sun came out and all of a sudden I couldn’t believe my eyes… a Rainbow appeared directly over the bridge and I knew right there and then that it was a sign from God… and I knew the person I loved so much would be safe and that gave me an inner peace… it was truly God’s blessing.
